Remove the Horn button by pressing and twisting
Undo steering wheel nut 90% of the way
Yank on steering wheel to remove it from the spline (this is why we keep the nut on)
Remove nut and steering wheel
Undo all screws
Remove blinker handle assembly
Remove old Plastic
Reverse these steps for installation
